[提要]  纤维增强塑料(FRP)在结构加固和工程改造中的应用是目前国际土木工程领域研究开发的一个热点。文中介绍了碳纤维材料(FRP)的材料性能及其近年来用于工程实际的发展状况。

The use of fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) in repair and rehabilitation of concrete structures is a hot topic in research and development of the international civil engineering area. The performance of FRP and the development level of using FRP for repairing and retrofitting around the world is introduced.
