[提要]  介绍了一舞台增层改造工程的设计要点：不增设任何竖向支撑结构，仅加固原有结构，避免了新旧结构的差异沉降；采用了国际上较为先进的后锚固技术，保证了增层结构与原有结构的可靠连接和有效传力。

The main points of design for a stage reconstruction which six new floors are enlarged in side hall are developed. The old structure is reinforced without any vertical bracing. The design avoids differential settlement between new and old structure. The more advanced post-anchorage technique in the world is used in the project, and the reliable connection and effective carry-over load between new and old structure are quaranted.
