[提要]  总结目前砖砌体建筑中地面、现浇整体式和预制装配式楼盖及屋面中大量存在的多种裂缝特征，分析其产生的各种原因，提出了有效防止措施。

The cracks widely existing in floors of masonry building are summerized. The reasons for these cracks are analyzed. On the basis of these causes, different methods can be taken effectively in structure design and construction to reduce the cracks.
