【提要】 轻型钢结构房屋痢均截谩肯小，其抵抗水平荷载的能力成为结构计算和分析中的主要因素。结合工程实例，研究了纯框架，支撑框架和框架核心筒这三种主要的住宅结构体系抵抗水平荷载的能力和经济指标，并对节点构造形式和楼墙面体系进行了分析。

Design and Analysis of Multistory Lightsteel Residential Buildings/Qin Yafei,Zhang Qilin(Department of Building Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China)
Abstract:The principal factor in design of lightsteel residential building is the capacity of resisting horizontal force because the sectional size of columns and beams is small. Based on a case of residential building, three structural systems of residential building: frame, frame with bracing and framebarrel are investigated  to illustrate the capacity of resisting horizontal force and the economy target.  The joint configuration and system of floor and wall are analyzed.
