[提要]  介绍了佛山医院门诊医技病房楼结构变形缝设置及结构抗侧力体系，对框剪结构的墙柱布置及断面选择进行了分析，提出了自己的看法。

This article introduces the setting of the movement joint and the resistant system to lateral force of the
structure. Through analyzing the setting of the frame-shear wall structure and the section selection of the column and the shear wall, authors put forward their own view.
