[提要]  结合一栋带结构转换的高层建筑结构设计，着重讨论其转换层结构的方案选择、转换构件尺寸确定、结构内力分析方法、转换构件设计以及相应的构造措施和施工要求等问题，可供其它高层建筑转换层结构的内力分析和转换构件设计参考。

According to the structure design of a high-rise building with transfer storey, this paper is concerned
with the choice of transfer floor style, the analysis method of internal force in transfer structure, the de-
sign of transfer member, the structural measure and construction etc., which can provide reference to
this kind of structure design.
