[提要] 定量描述新老混凝土粘结面的粗糙度对研究新老混凝土的粘结性能至关重要。试验结果表明,高压水射法处理的粘结面具有分数维结构。分别采用灌砂法和分数维法测量新老混凝土粘结面粗糙度,结果表明二者之间具有较好的线性关系。灌砂法操作简便,为工程实践和试验研究提供了可作参考的粘结面粗糙度的测试方法。
[关键词] 粘结面粗糙度 测量方法 高压水射法 灌砂法 分数维法It is very important that the interfacial roughness of young on old concrete is described quantitatively to the rese4rch of adhesive performance.The high pressure water-jet method is adopted to treat the concrete interface. The treated interface has fractal structure which is verified by the experimental result. This paper presents sand-pour method and fractal dimension method to measure the interfacial roughness of young on old concrete respectively. There is a good linear relation between these two measuring results. Sand-pour method is very simple anld convenient as referent testing method of interfacial roughness for practical engineering and experimental research.
