使用荷载下无粘结部分预应力混凝土叠合梁裂缝控制

[提要] 给出了20根矩形截面无粘结部分预应力混凝土叠合梁(其中2根为对比梁)裂缝宽度的试验研究成果。在此基础上,结合无粘结部分预应力混凝土梁及普通混凝土叠合梁的已有成果,提出了与混凝土结构设计规范相对应的一套裂缝宽度控制计算公式。通过把无粘结部分预应力混凝土梁、叠合梁及有粘结部分预应力混凝土梁、叠合梁的计算方法衔接起来,形成了统一的计算体系。经试验结果验证,这些公式计算精度较高,可满足工程设计要求。

Author presents the experimental results of the crack widths of 20 unbonded partial prestressed concrete composite beams with rectangular cross-sections. According to the research results of unbonded partial prestressed concrete beams and reinforced concrete composite beams, one kinds of crack width formulas of unbonded partial prestressed concrete composite beams is proposed, which links up with the Chinese Code. The recommended formula is in one kind of unified calculate model by combine bonded and unbonded partial prestressed concrete beams as well as composite beams. Compared with the experimental results, the offered formula is in highly precision, which can be used in engineering.
