【提要】以我国现行《钢结构设计规范》（GB50017—2003）为基础，结合《美国钢结构规范》（LRF
D—2001）和《欧洲钢结构规范》（EC3—1993），对规范中关于对接焊缝和角焊缝的构造及连接计算方法进行了详细比较，相关结论可供工程技术人员了解国内外钢结构设计规范的技术水平和发展动态。

Abstract:On the basis of Code for Design of Steel Structure(GB50017—2003)，combined
with American Load and Resistance Factor Design Specification for Structural Steel Buildings(LRFD—2001) and European Criterion(EC3—1993), details of constitution and connection calculating methods of butt weld and fillet weld are introduced and compared. The conclusions can be referred by engineers for learning the development and the level of technique of steel structure criteria.
