金属紧固件和垫层材料对点式支承玻璃板承载性能的影响分析*

[提要]  研究了点式支承玻璃结构中带金属紧固件和垫层材料的圆形玻璃板的承载力问题,分析了塑料垫层的弹性模量、厚度和紧固件的内径对有垫层的带单紧固件圆形玻璃板有限元模型的应力状态和承载力的影响。研究结果表明:采用较大弹性模量的垫层,有利于提高玻璃板的承载力;垫层厚度对玻璃板的承载力影响很小,考虑到经济性和制造工艺要求,垫层最小厚度可取为Imm;采用内径较小的金属紧固件,对提高玻璃板的承载力是不利的。如果确实需要采用内径较小的紧固件,则应选取弹性模量较大、厚度较小的垫层。

The paper deals with the bearing capacity of circular glass panels with metal fasteners and plastic layers in point-supporting glass structures. Influences of the elastic modulus and thickness of plastic layers and the inner diameter of the fastener on the stress state and capacity of circular glass-panel models with single metal fastener have been investigated. Results show that: adopting layers with large elastic modulus is helpful to enhance the loading capacity of glass boards; the thickness of layers has little effect on the loading capacity of glass boards, minimum thickness of layers can be Imm; adopting metal fasteners with small internal diameters is not helpful to enhance the loading capacity of glass boards. But thin layers with large modulus can be used when small-diameter fasteners are adopted.
