[提要]  结合上海新国际博览中心一期工程展厅预应力抗风支撑中垂直拉杆的特点，提出了用逆序法和叠加法进行分阶段张拉施工过程中拉杆张拉控制力的分析，并以一个预应力抗风支撑单元为例，进行了较为详细的说明。现场测试的结果表明，抗风支撑垂直预应力拉杆中预加内力的建立效果是理想的，上述分析方法较为简易可行，可为今后的类似工程提供参考。
