[提要]  建筑的整体平移旋转技术为未来的城市规划改造开辟了一个新途径。通过工程实例阐述多层组合结构（框架结构和砌体结构组合）建筑的整体平移旋转新技术。

A new way has been started in the coming city plan and transformation by migration and rotation technique of whole building. This paper elaborates migration and rotation technique for whole building of multistory composite structure ( frame and masonry) by an engineering example.
