[提要]  为确保房屋整体平移时的结构安全与移动平稳，对其平移过程进行实时监测十分重要。在江南大酒店整体平移过程中，对房屋的结构、托架、地基和轨道梁的应力应变及房屋平移时加速度等进行了静态和动态监测，其结论不但使平移工程得以成功的完成，并为以后房屋平移的监测设计提供了部分理论依据。

Because the safety and stability are required during the process of building movement, the real-time monitoring is very important. This paper introduces the process of static and dynamic monitoring in Jiangnan Hotel movement engineering. The conclusion proves that the design and construction of Jiangnan Hotel movement project are successful.
