江南大酒店整体平移工程的设计

[提要] 关于房屋的整体平移至今尚没有专门的设计方法和规范。简要介绍了层数为7层，单体总建筑面积为5 424m2，总重约8 000t，结构为混凝土框架结构的江南大酒店整体平移的设计。内容包括基础的处理、托换体系、下轨道梁的设计、滚动装置、平移过程等，并提出了有关建议和具体实施方法。
[关键词] 房屋整体平移 轨道梁 托换刚架There is no special design method and code for the design of horizontal movement engineering of buildings in our country. The design method and process of Jiangnan Hotel movement engineering are introduced, which is the greatest movement project in China. Some suggestions and solutions are put forward and discussed.
