[提要]  简要介绍了《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》新增和修订的内容。主要包括：荷载和地震作用，计算分析原则，框架结构、剪力墙结构、框架剪力墙结构、简体结构、钢和混凝土混合结构以及复杂结构的设计原则等内容，及其修订进行的情况。

The new and revised provisions of Technical Specijlcation for Concrete Structures of Tall Building are briefly introduced. The maln contents include the actions of loading and earthquake, the principles of computation and analysis, the general design principles of frame structures, shear wall structures, frame-shear wall structures, tube structures, mixed structures of steel and concrete, and complicated structures.
