[提要]  针对某市新建体育馆主体结构完成后发现框架粱出现大量裂缝的现象，从结构设计、施工等方面分析了裂缝出现的原因。在对不同的加固方案进行分析讨论后，选定采用预应力这‘既可靠、又节省的最佳加固方案，详细介绍了该加固方案的具体实施方法。

When the main structure of the newly built gymnasium in a city has been finished, a lot of cracks are found in the frame girders. Considering structural design, construction, the reasons for cracking are analysed. By comparison with other plans, the prestress rehabilitation plan, the best one, is used which is reliable and economical. The specific execution measure is introduced.
