某近代保护建筑加固设计与探讨

李瑞礼 （同济大学工程力学与技术系 上海 200092）宋 滨 （上海市房屋建筑设计院）[提要] 针对上海某近代保护建筑结构加固，介绍了对该建筑梁柱节点适当加强、薄弱部位适当加固、损坏部分适当维修的原则。对加固后的建筑实际受力情况分析结果表明，达到了改善人楼总体结构性能的目的。此工程为今后保护性建筑的维修改造、研究和如何保障房屋的使用安全积累了经验。

The cxpcricnce is uscful to strcngthcn and transform the protcction rcccnt buildings. The mcthod will have stimulative action to plcdge the safcty and rcliability of the buildings.
