[提要]  结合结构设计的工程实践，分析了独立柱基加防水板这一独特基础形式的受力特性、设计要点，对常用设计方法进行分析比较，提出了适合现阶段结构设计的辅助计算建议，供结构设计时参考。

Based on design practice, the problem about the raft foundation consisting of the single footing and the water-proof slab is analyzed. The key-points of practical design method is presented according to the foundation design cod (GBJ7-89).
