挤土灌注桩穿越饱和粘土的设计与施工实例

[提要] 饱和粘土受扰动易重塑,受挤压则产生膨胀,在饱和粘土地基中实施挤土桩,如果处理方法不恰当,就达不到预期的承载力。以昆明某高层钢筋混凝土框架 剪力墙结构振动沉管灌注桩基础的设计与施工为例,阐述了挤土灌注桩穿越饱和粘土地基的成功尝试,取得了一些可靠的经验。

Saturated clay is easily remolded by turbulence, and dilated by squeeze. If the management is not proper' it can not achieve the desirable results of bearing capacity as we carry out extrusion soil pile in saturated clay ground. The paper introduces design and construction in extrusion soil-bored concrete pile built through saturated clay in a high-rise R.C. frame-shear wall structure in Kunming. The results indicate the method presented here is correct.
