[提要]  介绍了杭州凯悦大酒店地下工程逆作法及围护设计的设计要点，结合该实际工程已有的监测资料，对逆作法施工过程中地下墙的侧向位移、墙身应力、墙背水土压力及基坑周围地表沉降等进行了分析研究和总结，可供同类工程参考。

The design of top-down construction method used in underground project of Grand Hyatt Hangzhou is introduced in detail. Combined with the field observation data, the horizontal deflection and moment of diaphragm walls, the soil and water pressure acting on diaphragm walls and the ground settlement during the whole process of construction are analyzecl.
