[提要]  提出了带加强层框架  芯筒结构体系的合理的内力分析方法，给出了加强层的合理数量、最佳位置和刚臂的适宜刚度。基于结构主动控制(理念，提出了削弱刚臂端部抗弯能力的三种方法。
