[提要]  介绍了厦门国际银行大厦超高层建筑的结构计算和构造措施。该工程的特点是将核心筒偏置，提出了一些解决方法，可供低烈度区的高层建筑有使用要求时参考。

Xiamen International Bank Building is an irregular high-rise building which has an eccentricity located core wall. This paper gives brief introduction regarding the design and structural measures of this project, which may be helpful to structural designers.
