[提要]  按《建筑基坑支护技术规程》(JGJ120-99)中水泥土挡土墙设计规定确定的水泥土墙不能满足《建筑地基基础设计规范》(GBJ7-89)一有关地基承载力的规定。因此如何使其符合有关地基承载力的规定是一个值得探讨和需要解决的问题，本文提出解决问题的计算方法。
