桩侧高压旋喷注浆法处理冲(钻)孔灌注桩质量事故

[提要]  冲(钻)孔桩因种种原因会导致单桩竖向承载力达不到设计要求,为此提出桩侧高压旋喷注浆的处理方法,对该方法提高单桩承载力的机理、施工要求及加固效果作了介绍。工程实践表明,该方法安全、可靠,完全可以满足设计要求,是桩基补强加固的一种较好方法,具有实用价值。

For a variety of reasons, the bearing capacity of drilled( bored) pile could not fulfill design requirements. A treatment method of high-pressure jet grouting around pile to improve the bearing capacity is come up with. The bearing mechanism, the construction demands and the strengthening effect are expounded. Based on engineering practices, the treatment method is proved to be safe and reliable, and the treatment results entirely meet the design requirements. The method is rather effective to strengthen pile and is provided with practical values.
