混凝土长墙收缩裂缝分析

(五邑大学土木工程系 江门 529020)[提要] 对56m混凝土长墙出现的贯穿性裂缝进行了计算及成因分析。通过对2天拆模时的裂缝间距及宽度的计算,证明裂缝是由温度骤降引起的,而拆模过早和水平浇筑距离过长是事故的主要原因。为避免类似的混凝土长墙工程出现相似的情况,提出了施工措施建议。
[关键词] 混凝土长墙 收缩裂缝拆模措施The author analyzed the shrinkage cracks of the 56m long concrete wall. Through calculating the distance and the width of cracks after 2 days dismantling formwork, the result proves that the cracks are due to temperature-fall suddenly. The main reason is dismantling formwork too early and level pouring distance too long. It puts forward the guide suggestion for construction of similar concrete long wall.
