【提要】 对运用《危险房屋鉴定标准》(JGJ125—99)进行西安地裂缝影响带上房屋安全鉴定中所存在的几个问题,如地裂缝的鉴别、地裂缝的类别、地裂缝影响带范围、地裂缝活动规律、地裂缝影响带上建筑物的地震效应等,进行了开创性的探讨。可供陕西省境内发育的类似西安地裂缝场地上的建筑物鉴定时参考使用,同时为我国其他地区地裂缝影响带上建筑物的鉴定积累了宝贵的经验。

Building Safety Appraisal of Ground Fissures Effecting Zone in Xi'an/Tian Penggang1,2,Wang Sheliang1(1 Xi'an Univ. of Arch. & Tech., Xi'an 710055, China; 2 Shanxi Institute of Technology,Hanzhong 723003, China)
Abstract:Some important factors which influence the building safety while not mentioned in the Standard of Dangerous Building Appraisal (JGJ125—99)are discussed. These factors are ground fissures distinguishing, genetic types of ground fissures, effecting zones of ground fissures, ground fissure's activity rules and seismic effect. It is useful for buildings of ground fissures zones in Shanxi, and it also provides experience for other regions suffering from ground fissures disasters.
