[提要]  根据4栋已建两层底框抗震墙砖房的设计资料及施工图，设计出了相应的普通纯框架结构房屋；对两者的经济性能作了定量评价。对位于地震设防烈度为6，7度区的3幢底框砖房综合楼与相应的框架结构，建立计算模型，输入5条地震波，进行了罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析。在对比分析的基础上，对两种不同结构体系的抗震性能和经济指标做出了综合评估。
