[提要]  通过黄石市人民广场地下停车场工程抗浮采用预应力钢绞线锚杆的工程实例，介绍了预应力钢绞线锚杆用于浅埋土层中的地下工程抗浮时，锚杆设计参数的确定和施工技术，并进行了现场抽样检验及分析。

This paper is a report of the construction measures taken in the floatproof of the Underground Parking Lot of Huang-shi City-an example of the anchor rod of prestressed steel twisting wire in application. It provides the conceptual design parameter and construction skills, also shows the result and analysis of the sampling inspection on the site.
