[提要]  人连希望人厦是人连市标志性建筑物，共41层（地上38层），高170. 6m，是集办公、商场、餐饮、停车场于一体的多功能人厦。在原设计L中顶层悬挑部分为现浇混凝土结构，施工难度人，后改用钢结构。作者对此新工艺作了有意义的探索。

Dalian Hope Mansion is one of the mark buildings of Dalian City, with the height of 170.6 meters and 41  floors( 38 floors on the ground), which is a multi-functional building serving as office room, market, restaurant and parking lot. The purpose of this paper is to contemplate the overhanging steel structure, a new construction technology adopted in the top floor design, replaceing the cast-in-place concrete structure.
