[提要]  分别介绍了上海中福城和库尔勒金丰城市信用社二个多高层轻型钢结构住宅项目的工程概况、建筑体系、结构体系、钢结构节点设计、结构计算、钢结构防火及防腐设计以及主要的技术经济指标。可供同类工程参考。

The topic of thesis is about the application of steel structure in residence. The author illustrates this with two actual projects from general situation, architecture system, structure system, nodal joints design, structure calculating, fire proofing and corrosion protection, and puts forward the technical & economical indexes.
