[提要]  较为详细地介绍了康平公寓的结构设计情况及结构计算的全过程。着重介绍了基础选型、柱下圆形独立基础的计算及上部结构构造处理。

This paper presents the structure design of Kangping Apartment and the computing process in detail. It especially presents the selection of foundation types, the computing methods of the circular single foundation under column, and the structural treatment for the upper structure, etc.
