圆形装配式衬砌结构力学模型研究

[提要]  从圆形衬砌接头受力试验结果出发,得到接头刚度的非线性模式,从而提出装配式衬砌整环计算的梁-非线性弹簧力学模型。模型用组合弹簧模拟接头,梁模拟管片,推导了梁和接头单元的刚度矩阵,编制了圆形装配式衬砌专用程序,并用接头受力试验数据对模型的正确性进行了验证。应用粱-非线性弹簧模型对穿越黄河隧道一次衬砌结构的受力进行了分析。最后还对若干因素对衬砌内力的影响进行了数值模拟计算,所得结果与实际经验是吻合的。

Based on the non-linear relations between the joint stress and joint strain, which come from the mechanical experiment of segments, this paper proposes beam and non-linear spring model for the numerical analysis of lining. The stiffness matrixes of beam and joint elements are given, and the numerical analysis program is coded. The lining structure of the yellow river-crossing tunnel is analyzed, the results of the beam and non-linear spring model are compared with those of other models. The effects of some factors on the cross-section forces are also discussed, which shows good accordance with experience.
