[提要]  首次将预应力混凝土管桩作为抗拔桩应用在广东奥林匹克体育场地下室抗浮设计中。对预应力管桩的抗拔性能进行分析计算及现场拉拔试验，对桩型、端板和混凝土的选择提出。些合理化设计建议。

In the basement construction of the Guangdong Olympic Gym Center, the prestressed concrete pile is adopted as resistant extraction pile to resist buoyancy the first time.The analysis of this kind of structure with test in-site is formulated. Some suggestions for selection of the type, end plate and concrete of pile are proposed.
