[提要]  介绍了将柱间板带加厚的变厚度板柱结构设计，给出不同柱网尺寸比L_x / L_y 及不同柱上与跨中板带刚度比i的分配系数曲线，改善了板柱结构的受力性能，提高了结构的抗侧刚度与冲切强度，减轻了结构自重，在工程实践中取得了较好的效果。

A design of variable thickness slab-column structure which can intensify slab-belt between columns is introduced. The distribution coefficient curves of different ratio of column-net size L_x / L_y and different ratio of rigidness between column and middle span slab-belt are demonstrated. The bearing behavior of the slab-column structure is improved. The deflection rigidity and punch-cutting strength of structure are enhanced and self-weight is alleviated. It has achieved quite good results in practice of engineering.
