[提要]  介绍了新颁布的《高强混凝土结构技术规程》( CECS 104:99)中第10章“钢管混凝土柱设计和施工”的主要内容，以及对《钢管混凝土结构设计与施工规程》( CECS 28:90)所作的修订，并讨论了应用规程时需注意的一些问题。

The main content of the lOth chapter" design and construction of concrete-filled steel tubular columns" in the Technical Specification, for High-strength, Concrete Structures CECS104:99 is introduced. Amendments to Specification, for Design, and Construction, of Concrete-jilled Steel Tubular Stmctures CECS 28:90 are also presented. And the questions, such as partial pressure, deflection calculation,joints design, the minimum wall thickness of steel pipe etc. are discussed.
