[提要]  分析了传统预制装配式楼盖以及近期现浇楼盖的特性及弱点，提出发展高效预应力预制装配式或半预制半现浇叠合式楼盖是适应大开间住宅的途径之一。依靠技术进步实现结构形式的更新是住宅建设的发展方向。

The characteristic and weakness of both traditional precast slabs and cast in site floor are studied. The way to develop both high efficient prestressed precast slabs and laminated floor is provided to meet the needs of residential buildings for large bay. Technology progress and renewal of struc,ture form are development orientation for residential buildings in China.
