［提要］ 介绍了钢结构杆件截面设计软件SAPPost的开发及其在国家游泳中心钢结构设计中的应用。SAPPost读入SAP2000软件计算得到的杆件各工况下的内力，根据《钢结构设计规范》(GB50017—2003)进行截面校核与自动优选，而后将截面选择结果反馈到SAP2000程序，反复迭代计算，最终得到结构杆件截面的设计结果。
