[提要]  比较了采用通常的抗震加固、加层的方法对一框架结构加固加层的效果。针对其中存在的不足，提出一种基于位移控制的低层框架抗震加固、加层的新思路、新方法，供同类工程设计时参考。

Because the old kinds of methods of aseismic strengthening and floor adding are not very ideal for one frame strucutre, the authors introduce a new method of aseismic, strengthening and floor adding for low-rise frame structure, which is based on displacement control.
