(河北省建筑设计研究院 050011)[提要] 文中介绍的工程高度为109.25 m,高宽比6.0,结构体型和楼板的形式复杂,设计难度较人。结合工程设计,作者着重介绍了该住宅的软土地基基础设计、上部结构动力特性分析、结构刚度调整、对风振舒适度的设计等,可供同类结构设计时参考。
