[提要]  文中介绍的工程高度为109.25 m，高宽比6.0，结构体型和楼板的形式复杂，设计难度较人。结合工程设计，作者着重介绍了该住宅的软土地基基础设计、上部结构动力特性分析、结构刚度调整、对风振舒适度的设计等，可供同类结构设计时参考。

For an high-rise rcsidcntial building,  the hcight, ratio of hcight to width,the type of structure and the floor slab dcsign arc introduccd. The pcrformance of the building is complcx, and is difficult to dcsign. The dcsigning of pilc-raft,analysis of the uppcr structurc's dynamic propcrtics,  adjustrncnt of the structural stiffncss,  the dcsigning of comfortability undcr wind action ctc. arc dcscribcd. It may be rcfcrrcd by the dcsigning of the similar projcct.
