[提要] 针对现行《混凝土结构设计规范》( GBJ10-89)中对室内正常环境下采用高强度钢材的预应力混凝土结构的裂缝控制过严、预应力钢筋用量过多的现实问题,对如何切合实际地放松裂缝控制的要求,作者提出了一种形式简洁的裂缝控制标准及名义拉应力验算建议。同时结合若干工程实例,通过对预应力混凝土梁基于荷载效应组合过程的裂缝宽度的模拟分析计算,对这一标准进行了验证。
