[提要]  国产软件的国际化是困产软件走向世界的必由之路。我国在建筑结构领域引入CAD技术虽然较晚，但是却涌现了一批优秀的软件。剪力墙CAD系统SWAI。I。CAGE是中国建筑科学研究院CAD工程部和新加坡建屋发展局HDB( Housing&Dcvclopmcnt Board)合作开发的基于新加坡规范的剪力墙设计和施工图绘制软件。该系统以建筑结构CAD软件PKPM系列为基础进行二次开发，可以按照新加坡的规范完成剪力墙配筋计算、选筋、数据传递、图形生成等一系列功能，从而实现了剪力墙结构施工图的自动生成。

CAD systcm PKPM has bccn widcly uscd in China.  In rcqucst of Singaporcan HDB( Housing & Dcvclopmcnt Board), a software for the dcsign of shcar-wall with Singaporcan code has bccn dcvclopcd. Bascd on the analysis of Chincse Code and Singaporcan Code for the dcsign of shcar-wall, this papcr prcscnts the systcm architccture and tcchnical solutions for the dcvclopmcnt of the systcm.  The calculation of stccl bar uscd in shcar-wall, the choice of rcinforccmcnt, the transfcr of attribute data, and the gcncration of graphics can be complctcd by the systcm,so that the shcar-wall working drawings can be complctcd automatically
