[提要] 国内外规范均以限制层间位移角的方式来控制高层建筑的结构与非结构构件出现影响正常使用的裂缝与损坏,而最常见的弯剪型结构中层间位移角与结构及非结构构件受力状态的相关性较差。作者提出一个限制高层建筑层间变形的新参数——广义剪切变形,证明了其与剪力墙、柱、梁及填充墙等结构与非结构构件受力状态有很好的相关性,导出了广义剪切变形的计算方法及其与层间位移角的关系,并对竖向构件、框架区格与连梁的广义剪切变形限值分别进行分析与讨论。九幢超高层建筑算例表明,用广义剪切变形的参数分析超高层建筑的层问变形具有明显的优越性。
[关键词] 超高层建筑 层间位移 广义剪切变形 相关性Almost all of the building codes at home and abroad limit interstory drift in order to prevent structural and nonstructural components from cracking and deteriorating to affect their serviceability. Howcever, the correlation between interstory drift and the stress status of structural and nonstructural components is quite poor. A new parameter to limit the interstory deformation of high-rise buildings-generalizcd shear deformation is developed, a good corretation between this parameter and the stress status of the components such as shear walls, columns, beams and partition fitted walls is proved. In addition, the calculating method of generalized shear deformation and the relationship between this parameter and interstory drift are presented, and the limit valucs of the generalizcd shear deformation for vertical members, frame regions and link beams are analyzcd and discussed. It is proved by the analysis of nine super high-rise buildings that using the parameter of generalizcd shear deformation to analyze the interstory deformation of super high-rise buildings is of obvious advantages.
