软土地区大直径可回收锚索支护技术的设计与应用*

王卫东,翁其平,吴江斌(华东建筑设计研究院有限公司地基基础与地下工程设计研究所,上海 200002)[摘要]大直径可回收锚索作为一种新型的基坑支护形式,将高压旋喷桩技术应用于锚杆技术中,并对锚杆端部构造进行创新, 形成了独特的土层锚固成套技术,有效地解决了软土地区传统锚杆应用的难题。大直径可回收锚索属于压力型锚索,具有传统锚索所缺乏的高承载力以及可回收的两大优势,近年来在软土地区得到大量应用和推广。结合大直径可回收锚索在工程中的设计与实践,对其施工工艺、构造及设计计算进行了总结,并根据现场试验结果,采用数值模拟分析手段,分析得到了大直径可回收锚索的锚固体摩阻力、轴力以及变形承载特性的一些初步结果。最后介绍了大直径可回收锚索在无锡综合交通枢纽的工程应用,为软土地区类似工程项目提供参考。[关键词]大直径;可回收;锚索;力学可回收式;回转可回收式中图分类号:TU473文献标识码:A文章编号:1002-848X(2012)05-0177-04Design and application of large-diameter retrievable anchor cable in soft soil areaWang Weidong, Weng Qiping, Wu Jiangbin(Department of Underground Structure & Geotechnical Engineering, East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002, China)Abstract: As a new kind of foundation pit supporting technique, the large-diameter retrievable anchor cable has solved the difficulties of tradition anchor bolt when applying in soft soil area. The end structure of bolt was modified and on the basis of high pressure jet-grouting pile, the new anchor cable construction technique was devised. This kind of anchor cable is of the pressure type and is superior to the traditional anchor bolt for its high bearing capacity and retrievable feature. As a result, it is enjoying greater popularity in soft soil area. A summary of the design and construction techniques and method of large-diameter retrievable anchor bolts was presented. Based on the in-situ test results and numerical simulation data, the side friction, axial force and load-displacement characteristics of the large-diameter retrievable anchor cable are presented and analyzed.
