TRD工法构建的等厚度型钢水泥土搅拌墙支护工程实践*

[摘要]由TRD(trench cutting re-mixing deep wall)工法构建的等厚度型钢水泥土搅拌墙作为一种新型的基坑围护结构,具有地层适用性广、墙体均质性好、受力和隔水性能可靠等特点,首次在基坑面积约14 000m2、开挖深度15.45~17.45m的南昌绿地中央广场基坑工程中得到成功应用。以南昌绿地中央广场基坑工程为背景,详细介绍了由TRD工法构建的等厚度型钢水泥土搅拌墙支护的特点、适用条件、设计和工程实践。

Engineering practice of the constant thickness steel cement-soil wall constructed by TRD method

Abstract: As a newly excavation retaining structure,the constant thickness steel sement-soil wall, which was constructed by the TRD construction method, has the characteristics of extensive applicability in soil layers, high homogeneity, high reliability of mechanical behavior and waterproof, and so on. The first time, it was successfully used in the excavation project of Nanchang Greenland Center Square. The excavation area is about 14 000m2, and the excavation depth is about 15.45~17.45m. Based on the project, the characteristics, application conditions, key design technology of the new excavation retaining structure were introduced.
