虹桥商务区8号地块结构关键技术的设计与分析

钟才敏,傅晋申(华东建筑设计研究院有限公司,上海 200002)[摘要]介绍了虹桥商务区8号地块的结构设计难点及关键技术应用,重点阐述“桩墙合一”技术、软土地区扩底桩以及大悬挑结构的设计方法。“桩墙合一”技术把围护排桩与地下室外墙作为共同的抗侧力结构,可较好地利用排桩这种临时支护体系;扩底桩可有效地提高桩的承载能力。对于近年工程中频繁出现的大悬挑结构,结合本工程提出了设计分析的整体思路及施工措施。[关键词]桩墙合一; 扩底桩; 大悬挑结构中图分类号:TU398.2,TU473.1文献标识码:A文章编号:1002-848X(2012)05-0106-04Design and analysis of structural key technology for the No.8 block of Hongqiao Business DistrictZhong Caimin, Fu Jinshen(East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002, China)Abstract: The structural design difficulties and the applications of key technology were described, especially focused on the design method of pile wall interaction, base-enlarged pile in soft soil area and large cantilever structure. To take retaining pile and basement wall as a common resist lateral force structure,pile wall interaction technology can be a good use of the retaining pile of temporary support system; base-enlarged pile can effectively increase the bearing capacity.
