重宾保利国际广场结构设计和分析

[摘要]重宾保利国际广场位于重庆市渝中区,建筑高度286.8m,塔楼采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构。介绍了项目的结构选型,基础和地下室、上部结构的设计特点。按不同规范对核心钢管混凝土柱的承载力进行了比较计算,根据风洞试验结果确定本工程风荷载体型系数的取值。最后对刚重比的计算和结构重力二阶效应进行了分析研究和探讨。

Structural design and analysis on Chongbin-Baoli Plaza

Abstract: Chongbin-Baoli Plaza is 286.8m high, which located at Chongqing Yuzhong district. The RC frame-core wall structural system is used for the tower. The structural form selection, design characteristics of foundation, basement and upper structures were introduced. Bearing capacity of the concrete filled steel tube designed according to different codes was compared, and the wind load shape coefficient was determined by results of wind tunnel test. Finally, the rigidity-gravity ratio and gravity second-order effect were researched and discussed.
