上海中心大厦结构第三方独立审核

[摘要]上海中心大厦建筑高度632m,为目前在建的国内最高建筑之一。其建筑形体复杂,结构安全引人关注。笔者作为第三方独立审核方,参与了塔楼结构的全过程设计与施工。从业主顾问咨询的角度,介绍了结构体系、风荷载取值、基础沉降分析、巨型框架的布置和受力特点以及节点构造等方面开展的审核工作。工程实践表明,结构第三方审核工作对本工程是必要的,对结构的安全性、经济性以及合理性起到了验证和补充作用。最后,对超高层建筑结构设计中的若干问题进行探讨,并提出实现第三方独立审核的价值和作用的一些建议。

Peer review in the structural design of Shanghai Center Tower

Abstract: Shanghai Tower is one of the tallest buildings under construction in China. The safety of structure should be observed for complex shape. The authors’ views were presented based on experience on the role of peer review during the design and construction phase. Structural system, wind load and comparison with Chinese code were introduced. Foundation settlement analysis, mega frame design, as well as the detail of joints in the outrigger truss and belt truss were also reviewed. The authors conclude that peer review is necessary to this landmark. It also can help to develop the safer, economical and sound structure. Some advice is brought up on structural design and peer review of super-tall buildings.
