武汉中心塔楼结构设计

[摘要]武汉中心塔楼为巨柱框架-核心筒-伸臂桁架体系的超高层结构,框架柱采用了大直径钢管混凝土柱,底部核心筒为内置钢板组合剪力墙。对该工程结构的特点进行了阐述,介绍了其抗震超限设计的主要措施;对大直径钢管柱及梁柱节点、伸臂桁架伸入核心筒节点等关键部位的做法进行了探索;最后对利用施工顺序优化主动控制结构内力分布的设计方法进行了尝试。

Abstract: Tube-frame structural system with outriggers is adopted in super high-rise building Wuhan Center Tower. Huge size concrete filled steel tubes(CFT)act as columns and steel-concrete composite shear walls are used at the bottom part of the tube structure. Structural characteristics of the project were expatiated, and seismic measures for this structure that is beyond the scope of Chinese code were introduced. Details of the huge size CFT column and the column-beam joint, as well as different approaches of outrigger-tube connection were explored. Method of adjusting force distribution by optimizing the construction process with active control technology was attempted.
