[提要]  从抗震设防基本规定、场地类别划分、地基基础设计、结构抗震计算分析，到混凝土结构、砌体结构、单层厂房和单层空旷房屋的抗震构造措施，以表格的形式对比了89抗震规范和2001抗震规范相关规定，供工程人员熟悉和掌握新规范时查阅、参考。

Some comparison on the regulation between 89 edition and 2001 edition of the sez, smzc design code are described by using a series of tables. The content includes the basic requirements of seismic fortification, construction site categories, foundation design, structural analyses, and the seismic detail requests of RC structures, masonry structures, single-story factory and single-story spacious buildings.
