[提要]  对从意大利拆回的旧吊车梁应用于新建车间的可靠性进行了分析研究，特别是研究确定了国内非常少见的吊车梁带帽孔直缝对焊拼接的疲劳强度和80mm厚板对疲劳强度的影响。根据研究结果提出了补强处理方法，经过补强处理的吊车梁已安全工作了多年。

For the use of secondhand crane girders from Italy in a workshop, the structural reliability is evaluated, especially the fatigue strength of butt welded splice joint and the effect of 80mm thick plate on fatigue strength are determined. According to the evaluation, strengthening method is presented, and the crane girders strengthened have been used without problem for several years.
